In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the beloved Jane Austen, we proudly launched the inaugural edition of our six-day festival in spring 2025, with a second edition following that autumn – establishing a bi-annual tradition (each spring and autumn) for Austen admirers worldwide.
Presented in partnership with Strictly Jane Austen, a division of Bath-based travel specialists ECT Travel, this immersive experience invites guests to step into the elegance and charm of the Regency era. The thoughtfully curated program features engaging talks by esteemed professors, historians, and authors, offering fascinating insights into Austen’s life, works, and enduring legacy.
Guided tours through Regency Bath bring to life the settings that inspired her novels, alongside visits to the homes and places where she lived and wrote. Guests will also enjoy themed activities, including period dance, intimate readings, and garden gatherings—all designed to evoke the spirit of her world.
Culinary delights include indulgent Afternoon high teas and a celebratory dinner, complete with flowing fizz to toast Jane Austen’s wit and brilliance. Whether you’re a lifelong admirer or newly enchanted by her stories, this bi-annual celebration promises an unforgettable journey into the heart of Austen’s England.
